Venkata Kiran is an accomplished Senior Software Development Engineer (Scrum Lead) with over 5.95 years of experience in software design, development, integration, and maintenance. He has a strong background in developing Java-based solutions for infrastructure, mobile, and web applications. Venkata Kiran has a proven track record of designing, writing, and maintaining unit tests within existing Junit frameworks. Currently working at Temenos, Venkata Kiran has been responsible for developing proof of concepts (POCs) for new functionalities, supporting existing applications, and developing new solutions for expanding functionalities. He has contributed significantly to the Performance Improvement Project, where he revisited the entire code of the Spotlight Application and User Management in Retail Banking and identified the poor-performing parts of the project. Venkata Kiran modified the architecture of the existing functionalities, rewritten some of the critical elements of the project, which improved the performance by 10 times. He has also greatly reduced the dependency on attributes like a heavy customer, heavily loaded user. Venkata Kiran has worked with Oracle as a Senior Application Developer, where he was responsible for technical analysis and design of various features, coding the feature as per the design, creating new test cases for the features developed, and developing new automation scripts using Oracle OATS to cover the new flows. He has also worked with Kony as a Software Development Engineer, where he implemented OAuth Authentication for the Retail Banking Mobile Application REST Services, designed and developed end-to-end Payment Scheduling System from design architecture through execution and maintenance, and developed Chatbot using wit.ai engine using Node Js. Venkata Kiran holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Andhra University and has completed his Intermediate from Narayana Jr College and SSC from Ravindra Bharathi. He possesses a vast array of technical skills, including SQL, Java, Mobile, Javascript, Backend, Web, Integration, infra, NodeJS, test, AI, AWS, PHP, DevOps, and UI.
